There are princes and princesses among us... / Cake smash session

… and I guess I know one of them.

Look at this beautiful princess who just turned one! Her mommy requested that the cake smash have a pink and gold color theme and that’s what we planned for. The banners, all the decor you see in the background were custom designed to match our theme.

It’s not a secret that most kids have such kind of cake for the first time in their life, and the first time they are allowed to do whatever they want with it. Some of them take this chance and have so much fun making mess of it, lol. Some kiddos seem puzzled and need a bit of encouragement.

Ivy was so shy and indecisive about her cake, so we had to help her by burying some of her toys into the cake and smashing it a little. This trick turned out to be very useful and we’ve got great shots.
