Every time I am asked to do a customized cake smash session, I try to create something new, something different. Eleanor’s mum asked me to do a Spring theme with a lot of flowers. All my creative juices started flowing when I was thinking of this girly theme. Here in Atlantic Canada, we have long winters, and by the end of March everyone can’t wait to meet Spring at last. Eleanor was so happy and excited to celebrate her Birthday surrounded by pretty flowers.
I had so much joy photographing her and her big brother too. He didn’t mind to pose for me when we had little breaks and was so sweet with his little sister.
Since we were having a big cake smash session, family pictures were included. I always encourage parents to take advantage of this big package and have a family session before or after a cake smash part. They were very happy to get family portraits on the plain background - so perfect for the wall art in the house.
